HAZARDOUS AND NON-HAZARDOUS CARGO
The T11 tank type is suitable for the safe storage and transportation of a wide range of food grade and non-hazardous bulk liquid cargo such as wine, edible oils and spirits. T14s are suitable for hazardous chemicals and acids. Containers can be insulated to protect cargo from temperature changes. Available in 21,000, 24,000 and 26,000 litre capacities.
Seaco has access to an international tank depot network for cleaning repair and maintenance services, including regular safety inspection checks.

The authorised Dangerous Goods Advisor should confirm fitness for purpose of any tank and that the cargo is compatible and will not attack the tank vessel. Tank containers are supplied in accordance with a signed lease and Seaco General Trading Terms.
Overview
- Top Discharge Flange: To facilitate the pressurization of the tank to allow discharge through a pipe
from the top of the tank to the bottom inside of the tank. - Safety Relief Valve: Fitted with a pressure relief valve to help protect the tank from accidental over-pressure and implosion from unwanted vacuum conditions.
- Bottom Discharge: A 45° 3 inch highlift univalve bottom discharge assembly and 3 inch clamped butterfly valve is fitted to the drain point of the tank to aid the controlled loading and discharging of liquid cargo.
- 8 Heating Runs: Providing 10-10.5 sqm of effective heating area suitable for high viscosity and solidifying cargoes during transit.
- Insulation: 50mm thick, 40kg/m3 in density rock wool with lightweight GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) cladding to aid energy efficient insulation.
- Thermometer: Surface sensor gauge fitted, reading -40°C to 160°C.
- Walkway: Fitted with a “B” type marine grade aluminium walkway with the option to fit hand rails, to aid safe access around the top of the tank.
- Anti-slip Surface Ladder: 304 stainless steel ladder is fitted to the right of the rear of the tank container for the easy and safe access to the top walkway.
- Optional Features: A full range of optional features are available and tailored to meet customer requirements such as baffle, lining, spill box lids, alternative valve configurations etc.
